Effacts is an independent software company located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and Palo Alto, United States. We are a team of passionate professionals committed to helping companies manage their corporate and legal matters with more efficiency, lower costs and the best risk control. Our solutions change the way organizations are managed by automating and streamlining corporate and legal workflows.
History
The company was founded in 2002 by Harm Bavinck (legal counsel) and Michiel Mosterd (IT specialist). The first couple of years, we developed custom web applications for legal departments. Today we focus on the development of one standard corporate database. This database helps more than 1,000 customers to be in control of their corporate facts in over 25 countries.
